One Of Our Most Favorite Places

We spent a long weekend with Jeff for business in Nashville, TN for the CMA Festival. We left Indy on Thursday evening and got home last night. It was a great trip! My dad suprised us at the last minute and decided to take us up on our offer to join us! He arrived on Saturday and left with us on Monday. I get my love for country music from my dad so needless to say we had a great time together! I would not trade my time with my family for anything, however, I joked when I said that family vacations are sometimes more work for mommies than working FULL time. I felt like I needed a couple of days at home to recoup before heading back to work. Here are some pictures from the weekend!

What a great mini vacation! Last year Gabby was not walking yet at this event. Therefore, I did not even think twice about how her mobility would affect her this year. She did her share of exploring, climbing, running in the halls, playing in the toilet, trying to see what was in the trash can and eating ice cubes out of the mini freezer. She eventually decided that the huge basket of M&M's in the suite was right up her alley. The rest was history!
