Dear Family and Friends,
We are so excited to participate in the 2009 Ronald Run this summer. The date has been set for June 20, 2009. Start time for the 5K Fun Run and Walk is 9:00am. We plan to arrive around 8:00am to get registered, etc. The start/finish location of the race this year is at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis, In. The address is 700 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46204. All proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House of Indianapolis. As many of you remember, our family stayed at the house when Ellie was born and inpatient at Riley Hospital for one month. We owe this house so much and will continue to give back forever! We are doing this walk/run--All For Ellie!
We would love for all of you to participate! There are a couple of registration options available. Pre event registration online is $20.00 per participant. You can register and pay online at: http://www.iremindy.org/run-reg-form.php. Please include registration information for each member of your team and/or family in the space provided. Children under 10 are free but must be registered to participate. Our Team Challenge name is: ALL FOR ELLIE.
Register soon for your secure spot in the race and plan to have a great time with us!
You can also register on the morning of June 20. The cost is $25.00 per participant.
We have shirts for the event this year. I am still working out the specifics with the shirt consultant. To be on the safe side for pricing, the shirts could run at most between $15-$20 dollars. Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing a shirt.
