This past Thursday evening, Gabby found a nice present on the front porch addressed to her! We were so excited to open it up and find...ELMO UNDEROOS and much more. They were from my good friend, Carrie, and her daughter Felicity. Felicity is 3(almost 4) and is in charge of showing Gabby the ropes when it comes to potty training. Thank you so much for this present! As you can see below, Gabby took the underoos right out of the package and put them right on! Then she proceeded to walk around the house all night holding them saying, "elmo...awww...elmo). She would not let me take them off of her before bed so I had to wait until she fell asleep in her crib to slide them off. What a goober! Thanks again Carrie and Felicity! We love you guys so much!

YAY for big girl panties! How thoughtful of your friend to give Gabby Elmo panties. I love hearing how excited she was to have them and that you had to sneak them off of her after she fell asleep. I bet she'll be out of diapers completely very soon. I look forward to you sharing all your secrets with me (I love that I get to learn from your experiences).
I would LOVE for us to meet one day. I will make it one of my goals! Maybe if we move back to DC you all could come visit Taryn, Matt, and Gabe and us! Or I love Indiana too - I'm up for that trip! Or if the girls are old enough - we could take them to Kings Island or something.
