Thanksgiving Feast

Last Friday, Gabby's daycare had a Thanksgiving Feast! I just love her daycare provider! She is so good with the children, teaches them so many things and I can clearly see the love she has for the children. She invited the parents to come for lunch, so I decided to go. Gabby was very excited to have Mommy at her daycare, but freaked out when I walked out the door to get my camera since I forgot it in the car. This definitely set the mood for lunch. As you can see in the pictures, she was not happy from this point on. She even cried during the Thanksgiving prayer/song that she loves so much! After lunch, I hung out for a while to play with Gabby and her friends. This did not go over well! Gabby's got very jealous and did not want me associating with any of her friends. She even got upset about her best friend, Adalyn, which I was shocked about because our families are around each other so much! I was sympathetic for about two seconds and then came to terms and thought, "too bad sister" and just tried to incorporate Gabby into our games and coversations. She eventually got the hint and had enough and went to play with the boys! I ended up taking her back to work with me for the day. She did not understand when it was time for me to leave and I wanted to spare the kids and daycare provider "drama" again! All in all, it was a fun time!
