Colts vs. Titans

Jeff and I made the trip to Nashville, TN to watch the Colts play the Titans! This year, Jeff purchased 2 season tickets in the suite at LP field to take customers mainly to Titans games. He does a lot of business down there. The suite is owned by a couple of McDonald's owners. Colts vs. Titans was a game that I was not going to miss. We headed down on Sunday and came home Tuesday. I love it when I can have 3 day work weeks! We were also excited that the suite next to ours happened to be reserved for the opposing team owner. Which means we got to sit next to Jim Irsay. Sorry...but we( I rather...Jeff is afraid that if he admits that he was not impressed we will lose our season tickets) were not impressed! Mr. Irsay was very rude and managed to act like he did not know who we were(you could not miss all of our Colts gear) even though his staff was pointing him out to us and trying to get him to wave to us. Oh well...I guess if you make millions a year you deserve the opportunity to act like this. Can you tell that I am bitter?!? I even emailed him just to make sure he knew what I thought. I know that he at least opened my email because I got the read receipt back(psycho I know). I wonder if he is the one who really reads those emails anyways...probably not?? All in all, we had a great time! I have to say that I was a little happy for Tennessee fans because the team did play their hearts out and deserved the win. Monday night football was a first for them in a long time and the town was definitely a rockin'! The fans were very nice and we only had 2 comments about our Colts gear the entire night. One person said, "didn't happen did it" after the game. The other was a street vendor that asked us if we wanted to switch sides because merchandise was 50% off! HA! Hank Williams Jr. sang the famous, "Are you ready for some football" gig and ESPN was set up on the field for pre and post game! We walked a ton and froze our butts off. The booze kept us warm for a while though!
