Last weekend, Aunt Di and Uncle Mike came to visit! We all enjoyed family time and enjoyed some great homeade pizza! We always used to have this when I was a kid and every time Mom and Dad make this...it never tastes any different than before! It had been a while since we had seen the family and Gabby of course showed them all of the things she has been learning! Most recently, she likes to imitate the motions to "You Are My Sunshine". This is something that she has learned at her new daycare. When we get to the part of "out came the sun", she will throw her hands up in the air and wait for everyone to laugh. As you can see, she is showing us in the picture how she can do this! Of course, then she wants to keep doing it over and over again to get the same response.
Toys! Toys! Toys!
Let'see...Gabby can also ride a zebra toy now! It bounces and turns and she just amazes me how she has the skill to balance herself already! Gabby likes to show us how she likes to let go while standing against a chair, the entertainment center, exersaucer, etc and fall to the floor! I promise that walking is right around the corner for Gabby...and hopefully not to many bumps and scratches!
Gabby(aka.,our little piano player)!!
Now that Grandma and Grandad's piano is on the main level of there house, Gabby is obsessed! She crawls over to the bench and pulls up to a standing position waiting for someone to let her play. This is how happy she gets when she is able to perform! Definately music to our ears!!!
Dr. Pepper Lover Already???
Last week, I came around the corner in the kitchen to find this!
Gabby apparantly is trying to tell us that she loves Dr.Pepper at an early age!
We also let her try a little from a straw! We aren't sure how she felt about this! We got a few funny faces! However, she now attacks our straws at restaurants when she sees them! Too funny!
Welcome Home Daddy!
It is so nice to have Jeff home! He has been on the road a lot lately and we miss him when he is gone! Gabby just lights up when he walks through the door! He is definately her "hero"!
Girls Night Out!
Last Friday night, we had girls night out! This month, we went to "Howl At The Moon"! It was so much fun to get together for dinner and LOTS of drinks! I definately was excited to sleep in the next morning! Thank you to Grandma for going with Jeff to take the dogs to the vet! I know that Cooper and Java can be quite the handful!
