Yay for Gabby...the official crawler! Gabby was playing on the floor as usual on Saturday night when all of a sudden...she crawled! We have been used to her taking a few "crawls" and then laying on her belly! Well, not this night...she really did it! It was so funny because I looked at her and said, "Jeff...she's doing it...she's doing it"! It also may have been a coincidence, but she crawled to Ellie's picture on the shelf of the entertainment center! This made me happy! Let me report that NOW there is no stopping Gabby! She is getting the hang of crawling everyday and likes to head straight for breakable things! Not to mention, she is also trying to pull up on the coffee table and recliner. She already has a few scratches to prove her independence! She also has realized that it is fun to venture from the carpet in the living room to the kitchen floor! I bought outlet plugs at the store yesterday as the beginning to our "babyproofing" the house! My parents commented last night that Jeff and I looked tired! Uh..yah now that we are so worried about Gabby and what she is getting into! I am so excited that she is on the move now as scary as that seems! For so long, I wished for Gabby to crawl and now my wish has come true! Aaaahhh...we really have to keep our eyes peeled now!!
